CHANGES:
Changes can be made within 10 calendar days from the moment the purchase is received. The request is made by email to [email protected] mentioning the order number and detailing the products you need to change.
We generate a shipping label for you to dispatch the product and once we receive it, we send you the new one. Our policy includes sharing the shipping cost for each part. In this way, you will pay for the return shipping and we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.If you need to make a second change, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
RETURNS:
Returns can be made within 10 calendar days from the moment the purchase is received. The request is made by email to [email protected] mentioning the order number.
We generate a shipping label for you to dispatch the product and once we receive it, we proceed to cancel the purchase and refund you. Money will be refunded by the same method you used for payment.
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the buyer. NOT APPLICABLE TO CUSTOM PRODUCTS (Tailored jackets, modified, with specific leathers, etc.)
